Are you sick and tired of the same ol’ sandwich made with white, wheat, rye, sourdough or whatever kind of bread you prefer?  Sometimes I grow tired of bread also.  I am not big on bread to begin with so having different options makes for  a nice change of pace.  Recently, I had the opportunity to choose from an array of Arnold’s products.  I opted for the Sandwich thins.  What a delicious variety they have!

We keep things pretty simple in our house as far as food goes. My husband is basically a meat & potatoes kind of guy – so incorporating veggies is hard. I am still learning ways to be strategic (ahem, sneaky) about it. My point in telling you this is because I would have rathered have a nice crunch with the chicken salad sandwich. Such as red onion, celery, etc. You can really dress it up any way you like. I did add some onion powder with just shy of a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the can of chicken breast. Garnish with a Polish dill pickle on the side, for some nice garlicky undertones and you are golden, my friend! Enjoy!!
