No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

  • 1 cup salted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I found that it mixed better if softened/melted)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 12oz bag of milk chocolate chips
  1. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a medium sized bowl. Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour peanut butter mixture into a 13x9 pan.  No need to grease it.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave for 1-2 minutes.  It will be thick but spreadable.
  4. Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Spread chocolate with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate bars for one hour.
  7. Cut while bars are still cool.
  8. ENJOY!!
