Chipotle Hummus Recipe

I love to snack.  Chips, popcorn, cheese, you name it.  One of my favorite things to munch on is dip.  That can be a sour cream dip, a cheesy dip, or in this case, a delicious hummus.


I would honestly never imagine myself eating hummus with a tofu base.  Can I just say that it is one of the most delicious things ever?!  You need to put the following items on your grocery list.  Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked and chick peas.   Yes, that’s it.

Hummus Ingredients Well, don’t forget the tortilla chips!

Chipotle Hummus Recipe
Recipe type: Snack
Cuisine: Vegetarian
  • 15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans (chick peas)
  • 1 package Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked
  1. Drain the liquid from the chick peas and **set aside**. You need this!!
  2. Put remainder of the contents of each package in blender or food processor.
  3. Blend/puree to desired consistency.
  4. Add liquid from chick peas little by little until it's thinned out to your liking.
  5. ENJOY!
