Prize Candle Review #TMMPrizeCandle

Disclosure: I received a Prize Candle review package from Tastemaker Mom.  All opinions are my own.

Are you always wondering if those scented candles with the jewelry inside really deliver on what they say they will?  Me too – until now.  I was one of the lucky bloggers chosen to review a Prize Candle with a ring valued anywhere from $10 all the way to $5000~!!!  Can you imagine getting a ring of that value?  I am an easy to please, not so frilly, realistic kind of girl.  I would have been shocked if I’d received a $5000 ring.  Grateful, but still shocked.

I am probably a typical mom in the ways that I don’t buy myself anything or do much for myself.  So with that, I was really looking forward to the opportunity of reviewing one of my favorite things – a candle.  Of course, if you’ve gotten this far, you know it’s not just any candle!

I couldn’t wait to see what was waiting inside my Prize Candle!  I lit the all cotton wick of the natural soy wax, Jasmine Neroli scented candle.  I waited…and waited…and waited some more for that bad boy to burn down enough to retrieve whatever was below the wax. While I did not particularly care for the scent, because I am very sensitive to perfumes and just know what I like, that does not mean you won’t like it.  That’s more of a personal preference, obviously.

Are you anxious to see what I got?  I was too – inside the plastic wrapper was a code to enter online, along with the ring.  It’s beautiful and is valued at $25.  I expected it to be more because of its uniqueness, but that is not the point.  It was just fun to see what it was worth in general.
