A Tiny Glimpse of The BFG Red Carpet Premiere #TheBFGEvent #TheBFG

Disclosure: I received an all expense paid press trip in exchange for my honest coverage of Disney’s The BFG, Disney XD’s Future-Worm, and related events.

The talents of three of the world’s greatest storytellers – Roald Dahl, Walt Disney and Steven Spielberg – finally unite to bring Dahl’s beloved classic “The BFG” to life.

As if processing the thrill of being asked to attend Disney’s The BFG red carpet premiere wasn’t enough, I now get to share the excitement with you.

There are reporters everywhere and cameras flashing all over the place on a red carpet.

Of course, you do see the talent and other celebrities being interviewed and walking around. But sometimes you just enjoy the moment with friends, as you observe the stars around you, keeping both kinds of memories in your heart.

Once we walked the red carpet for The BFG, we made our way to the pre-party at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood.

We had sliders, salads, sweet potato fries, optional adult beverages and plenty of water to hydrate us through the crazy heat!  There were even ice cream bars set up around the restaurant.

As the night went on and we were done mingling, eating, and getting our photos, we made our way across the street to the El Capitan, who just happens to be celebrating 90 years, this year!

While I can’t show you anything from the movie, except the trailer below, how fun are these photos of #TheBFGEvent bloggers on the red carpet and on the Oscar stairs?!
